The Studio is based in a private residence. It occupies the entire lower level and includes a 16×32 lounge that can double as a large reflective room for drum or other recording. There is a full service bar, restroom with shower, a 12×14 room that can serve as a rest area.
The Studio includes a 16×16 Live Room. A 9×12 Control Room. A 5×8 ISO Booth. All sound treated.
The lounge room has a 70″ TV, surround sound system, office/desk cubby and dart board.
There is a 16×16 exterior deck off the back of the lounge room with a table and seating.
There is a pier with seating. Also a large fire pit with plenty of firewood.
All on a beautiful private wooded lot.
